Imaginary Friends: Flower Cards

One last post about Renegade. I know I saw a lot more great stuff but the extreme heat clouded by ability to take photos and pick up cards. Muji Store

I thought I would share one of favorites stores for inexpensive classic home accessories before I headed out to do some errands. I believe their is only one Muji store in the US. I guess in Europe they are all the rage. So if your in New York go to the Muji store in Soho. (Update: A store just opened in Times Square!) I love all the kraft paper notebooks for under $5, clean white mugs, and pretty clear shampoo dispensers. You'll have a hard time not buying out the whole store. I'm loving these nature prints from artists Jennie Smith and Jessica Seamans. Perfect postcards to send the kids at camp this summer. I was guiltlessly browsing through wedding invitations at minted.com again this afternoon rather then going to the gym. I am totally smitten with preppy-sweet designs by Mr. Boddington's Studio. Egg Press

Egg Press is another one of my favorite letterpress companies I saw at the Stationery Show. Each piece is so sweet and delicate. All the cute motifs have expanded into a huge line of wedding stationery (above), kids tees and even diy sewing projects (raccoon below). I literally spent over an hour last night drooling over the galleries of invitations featured on minted.com. Prices range from about $700-$1000 for personalized wedding packages. I've been in love with these fighting school girls for awhile. The drawing, color, and compositions are perfect examples of the quality of work you can find for $20 at Little Paper Planes.
