Embroidered Necklaces
Posted on | January 8, 2010 | 4 Comments

It’s barely snowing outside. The flakes are light and fluffy like falling sugar. I thought I would take a little break from home renovation talk and share these embroidered necklaces. Kinda artsy, funky, cool. A great way to add some color to a winter wardrobe. Buy now at Spin Thread’s etsy shop.

I totally fell for these necklaces and headbands because they have one of my favorite things in common, doilies. So pretty for a wedding or for everyday dress up. This is luxury you can afford. My favorite is the necklace above. Can you believe it’s only $22? Check out more at treeandkimball’s shop.

I was over at marthastewart.com yesterday when I discovered a new blog written by their crafts department, brillant. The staff is insanely talented and many of the staffers have their own craft business. Marcie McGoldrick has an adorable little etsy shop where she makes many different handmade pieces. Showcased here are her gorgeous necklaces and earrings made from porcelain. Colorful and perfect for spring. Check out more: marciemcgoldrick.etsy.com.
