Weekend Snapshots: Jan 7-8

Posted on | January 9, 2012 | 12 Comments

Snapshots from the weekend around Marblehead. Saturday was warm in the mid-50’s which was odd after starting the week in the single digits and frozen pipes. Sunday a bit colder but the tide far enough out for us to walk across to Brown’s Island.

We’re Marbleheaders transported to Salem but our hearts are still in M’head. Love your pictures. Just read your Joe Frogger blog and commented there. My husband is a lobsterman out of M’head and sells lobsters at The Landing on the weekends – you may have met him by now. His new favorite cookie is a molasses-spice cookie I make which is almost identical to the Joe Frogger!
