Strawberry Painting

In less then a month we’ll be in strawberry season. I had great results with my strawberry jam last summer—I just gave my last jar away over the weekend. I’m planning to make at least twice as much this year—they make just sweet gifts. Maybe I’ll try raspberry too?

I spotted this beautiful strawberry illustration on Matchbook’s Tumblr yesterday. Isn’t it the cutest? The original painting sold last night but you can still buy a print through Luciles Kitchen’s Etsy shop.
