Inspiration in the Rocks

Rosy pinks, variations of gray, muted greens, watery blues and warm straw. Colors I found in nature that feel perfect for my den. I took a late morning walk out to Fort Sewall, removed my jacket and went sockless for the first time in months.

Oh man, this reminds me of when Eric and I were there two summers ago. We walked down to that fort. Such a pretty little road leading up to it. Moss gardens on the stone walls. I loved it. And the rocks are beautiful! Definitely good inspiration for your den.

Spring! Such a treat after so many frozen pipes.
I saw a vintage whale door knocker on etsy that reminded me of one of your photos this morning. I was tempted, but live in VT and thought it might be more appropriate in Marblehead.
Here it is:

Enjoy!
