Chelsea Papers From Farrow & Ball

peony1 Chelsea Papers From Farrow & Ball

Farrow & Ball’s wallpaper has an amazing tactile quality that is achieved by block printing the designs in traditional techniques. A flat computer generated image just doesn’t do them justice. Order a few samples through their website and you’ll see what I mean. I’ve had my eye on a few prints for my bathroom and entryway if I ever get my renovation done.

Farrow & Ball just launched their newest collection, Chelsea Papers. The prints are inspired by original 19th century, pure silk woven jacquards. The papers are available in a number of different colorways. I’m attracted to pinks, greens, blues, and neutral tones. Above and below the papers featured in the new collection Peony, Wisteria (love!), and Petal Stripe. Find out more at farrow-ball.com.

The Wisteria would be great in an entryway. It reminds me of this great paper from Cole & Son featured in Amanda Peet’s bedroom.

I was just in Farrow & Ball on the weekend. I ooh-ed and awh-ed for a while and walked about with a paint sampler, that I look at before I go to bed!
