Last time I used some of the modifications to Helen McSweeney's (of Tartelette) recipe, here: http://audaxartifex.blogspot.com/2009/07/basic-french-meringue-macrons.html But <a href="http://byov.blogspot.com/2009/08/partial-fail-macarons-4.html" rel="nofollow">I still failed</a>, texture-wise :( I looooove macarons, but everytime I try to make them, I fail.
