Today was so warm it actually felt like winter could be over. No such luck…I heard the groundhog saw it’s shadow.

Colorful paintings by Julie Vinette capture the energy and excitement of Spring. Bands of bright colors are inspired by the water, sky, and landscape. Julie has a wide selection of pieces online to inspire us even in the dead of winter.

Katy, these are beautiful – I love seeing the painters you spotlight! I'm a painter myself (and just down the road in Charlestown) and I so appreciate the daily inspiration. Good luck with your vow to paint more – it's mine as well.

It was positively balmy today! First day wearing a vest in a long time. And I love these — graph paper gets me every time.
