My Paintings

People have been asking about my paintings. I was being shy about sharing because I haven’t created anything substantial in such a long time. Don’t worry it’s one of my new year’s resolution to get my butt in gear. If I don’t I can no longer call myself an artist and rather I will be just a writer. (which I would rather not do because I’m not very good) I paint in two different style. Figurative and Stripes. I draw and do monoprints too. I thought about easing my way back in with prints. Easy and less committal then a painting. Maybe that’s why I have taken a liking to photography…

I need to get my butt in gear first. Hearing your nice words does give me motivation. Makes me realize without a doubt I should be painting….

p.s. I paint really big. All the paintings are at least 4 x 5 feet. Hope you all have big walls!
