Country Kitchen: Martha Stewart
Posted on | September 11, 2008 | 2 Comments

There are parts of this kitchen I love from Martha Stewart Living. It’s a little too country for me but I can definetly draw some major inspiration. How great are the cabinets below the stairs? A great use of unused space. The wood counter tops remind me teak found on a sailboat. Rustic but really beautiful. In the bottom photo I see more black chairs! Damn I love those! My kitchen table is pretty beat up like the one shown. I know black chairs we totally dress it up. Check out more of this great house: marthastewart.com.

Have you seen the Abacus Dining Chair from Jayson Home? It's a take on the black spool ones in the Martha Stewart image. And added bonus — upholstered in ticking! I immediately thought of you when I saw them. The only downer is the price, of course.

Your so right I do love that chair from Jayson! But now I am thinking it's too country? I don't know…this is totally new style for me.
