I feel hard for these rugs designed by Brooklyn based artist Amy Helfand. Part of series called, “Heading West” the new rugs represent inspiration from field guides and maps from the travels of Lewis and Clark. The “Heading West” series is available by commission. They are hand-knotted in Nepal from Tibetan wool, hand-carded hand-spun, and pot-dyed. Prices begin at $125/square foot for an all wool rugs. Check out more of Amy’s amazing work: amyhelfand.com.
