I was just watching Vern Yip on HDTV and he gave this great source resource for inexpensive modern accessories. Think West Elm but sleeker and more modern. You'll find a lot of steel accented with whites. Modern inspired knock-offs but all at really reasonable prices. I feel for the "velo lamp" (above). I love the oversized shade with a small base poking out the bottom. I would love these on my bedside, $78 each.
