Felt Rugs

I found this great site on domino's green list 2008. Called "Shyrdaks" a rug made from felt displaying ancients motifs "stories of life in the Mountains of Heaven". Felt is the first company to source shyrdaks direct from nomadic makers across Kyrgyzstan and import them for sale in the UK. Prices range from about $800-$10,000. The colors and patterns are pretty amazing and I love that each rug has a mystical story. To check out Felt's website click here. A few of my favorites above and below.
